OptiTherm
OptiTherm Protein Thermal Stability Kit provides systematic solution design and fluorescence-based assay for thermal stabilization of protein samples. OptiResc kit uses the same set of reagents as OptiSol. qPCR instrument is required to analyze protein thermal stability using the Optitherm kit. One OptiTherm kit contains consumable materials to assay solution conditions for up to six (6) different protein samples.
